Grievance Redressal – How to File & Escalate a Complaint

How to raise and escalate a complaint with ATS, and the SEBI channels — SCORES and Smart ODR — available if you need them.

Start by raising a ticket or contacting ATS support. If unresolved, escalate to our Compliance/Grievance Officer. You can also use SEBI's SCORES portal and the Smart ODR (online dispute resolution) portal. Complaints are handled within SEBI- and exchange-prescribed timelines.

The escalation ladder

  1. Level 1 — ATS support: raise a ticket or contact the support desk for a first response.
  2. Level 2 — Grievance Officer: if unsatisfied, escalate to the designated Compliance/Grievance Officer (details on our Investor Grievance page) for a time-bound resolution.
  3. Level 3 — SEBI SCORES: lodge on the SCORES portal with your name, PAN, address, mobile and email.
  4. Level 4 — Smart ODR: resolve disputes through online conciliation and arbitration via the Smart ODR portal (link in our footer).

What you can escalate

Complaints about trades, charges, payouts, account access or an unauthorised transaction can all be raised. Keep your client ID, dates and screenshots ready to speed up resolution.
