Your account is secured with a password plus two-factor authentication, and the exchange/depository send you transaction alerts directly. ATS will never ask for your password, OTP or UPI PIN, and does not give stock tips or assured returns. Never share credentials, even with someone claiming to be ATS. If something looks wrong, contact ATS support or file a grievance.

- Access ATS only through the official website and apps; beware look-alike sites and social-media handles.
- Keep your registered mobile and email current so you receive exchange/depository alerts.
If you spot something wrong
- See an unauthorised transaction? Change your password immediately and contact support to secure the account.
- Got a suspicious message or found a fake ATS site? Raise a ticket with details and screenshots.
- Use the voluntary freeze/unfreeze facility to block your trading account or securities and prevent misuse.
