Your account is secured with a password plus two-factor authentication, and the exchange/depository send you transaction alerts directly. ATS will never ask for your password, OTP or UPI PIN, and does not give stock tips or assured returns. Never share credentials, even with someone claiming to be ATS. If something looks wrong, contact ATS support or file a grievance.

  • Never share your password, OTP or UPI PIN with anyone — ATS staff will never ask for them.
  • ATS does not give stock tips or promise assured returns; anyone who does is not authorised — report them.
  • Access ATS only through the official website and apps; beware look-alike sites and social-media handles.
  • Keep your registered mobile and email current so you receive exchange/depository alerts.

If you spot something wrong

  1. See an unauthorised transaction? Change your password immediately and contact support to secure the account.
  2. Got a suspicious message or found a fake ATS site? Raise a ticket with details and screenshots.
  3. Use the voluntary freeze/unfreeze facility to block your trading account or securities and prevent misuse.
ATS will never ask for your OTPNo genuine ATS representative will ever ask for your password, OTP or PIN, or ask you to install screen-sharing apps. Treat any such request as a scam.
