From July 2024 the monthly reports are taken from our complete register of investor complaints, which you can also open in full.
A monthly disclosure states, for that month, how many complaints were carried forward from the previous month, how many were received, how many were resolved, and how many remain pending — separated by whether they came in directly or through SEBI SCORES, the exchanges or the depositories. Read alongside our investor-grievance page, they show how quickly complaints are actually closed rather than simply that a process exists.
